Branson Student Commons

These three S-1000 Floataway doors were custom designed and hand built before being professionally installed in The Branson School Commons in Ross, CA. They open up to outdoor dining and create an airy space, turning this all glass building into a virtual pavilion at the press of a button. The S-1000 single-panel system was designed to match the adjacent glass using the same glass type and mullion design, and the counterweights were suspended much higher than usual as well as being custom shaped and painted to blend into the surrounding environment. When these counterweight doors are open they create a balanced awning with minimal lost space, something a hydraulic bifold door just cannot do. Hydraulic bifold doors take up a lot of space for the wedge they create and require a huge structural header for the systems to hang from. Renlita avoids those extra costs with an elegant design, quiet motor, and no hydraulics or view-blocking straps and huge motors. Come see why Renlita is the perfect choice for architects and designers who need an open space, but don't want to build with a hangar door or industrial style system. Renlita is the way to go!

We love to show off our work!  The above is just one of our many custom-designed projects built here in the USA.  However, if you're looking to learn about the differences in Renlita systems when compared to typical hydraulic doors or cable and strap doors, or if you're looking for items such as spec sheets, BIM or Revit models, Brochures, CAD files, and much more, you can find them by clicking the button below to visit the Design Center.
