They create a flexible storefront that opens to the street level concourse, matching the surrounding storefront windows perfectly! Mullion spacing, color matching, and custom glass complete this single-panel system and the counterweight balanced single-panel door creates an awning type, overhead opening without the need for overhead garage door tracks or loud and leaky hydraulics, like most hangar door systems. The finished architectural look is something that most industrial type, heavy, cable and strap doors just can’t do without huge motors and distracting straps blocking the glass.
