North Haven

This custom designed S-1000 Floataway counterweight door was designed and installed in a beautiful home in North Haven, CT. It opens up to the back patio and the incredible view, but has a couple of hidden design features. First, it was built as a single-panel vertical lift door that almost exactly matches the adjacent sliding doors, but offers a single pane of glass at the the top of the opening. Secondly, the custom matched powder coating perfectly blends with the rest of the design's facade and offers a unique focal point when open to the sea. The ultra-modern design coupled with warming natural wood tones work seamlessly and beautifully together to create a sophisticated, yet effortlessly cozy vibe on the east coast. We need an invite to the dinner party!
