This large S-3000 Foldaway vertical lift door was specially designed and engineered for The Hangar in Kenmore, WA. A beautiful free meeting space for the community, the Kenmore facility provides a modern and sleek place where the Kenmore community and visitors can perform, meet, hang out, celebrate, or just enjoy the double-sided fireplace with friends. This unique door opens up the Otter Room, a 759-square-foot common area, and creates a unique community gathering spot with an amazing opening. It was important to reduce the lateral load on this building and to provide the most usable space when open, so the architects and designers settled on the Renlita S-3000 bifold door that opens fully and balances two stacked panels with minimal internal and external protrusion. Simply put, the S-3000 Foldaway is the finest architectural bifold door on the market and goes where typical hangar doors aren't a fit. Even in a place called The Hangar!
