To enhance the community's shared spaces and amenities, Vermella Woodbridge sought a solution that preserved the building's natural light without hindering any indoor or outdoor areas. Their choice was three S-3000 Foldaway Doors. ModernfoldStyles expertly installed two of these on the ground floor of the clubhouse, measuring 10 feet in width and 12 feet in height. On the second floor, a similar foldaway door, with dimensions of 10 feet in width and 10 feet in height, was incorporated.
The S-3000 was carefully chosen to seamlessly integrate the clubhouse's interior with its versatile outdoor spaces. Whether grilling burgers outdoors or enjoying a game of pool indoors with friends, these operable walls facilitate connections among family and friends throughout the year. With the doors closed, the customized glass panels allow ample natural light to flood the impressive clubhouse, creating an outdoor ambiance even in the chilly winters of New Jersey.
When opened, the Renlita doors promote fluid circulation and effortlessly link the various communal areas of the community.
