Since the beginning of Renlita, Jason has been hands-on in nearly every part of the company, from sales and installation to fabrication and powder coating. That firsthand experience shapes how he leads today as President, with a deep understanding of the people, processes, and craftsmanship behind every Renlita system.

Carolyn plays a key role behind the scenes at Renlita, keeping financial operations organized, accurate, and running smoothly. As Controller, she supports the team with careful oversight and a steady approach that helps keep projects, processes, and people aligned.

Caleb leads Renlita’s engineering team with a focus on thoughtful design and real-world performance. As Director of Engineering and the holder of multiple patents, he brings deep technical knowledge and a practical approach to developing systems that solve complex opening challenges.

Tracy joined Renlita in 2017 as a Regional Sales Manager and has been deeply involved in many of the company’s largest and most complex projects. As Director of Sales, he brings strong technical understanding and hands-on design experience to every conversation, helping customers think through challenges and arrive at solutions that make sense for their project.

Toni joined Renlita in 2017 and has been helping keep projects moving smoothly ever since. As project Manager, she brings organization, follow-through, and a calm, thoughtful approach to every job. She coordinates teams, managers timelines, and ensures each project moves from concept to completion with clarity and precision.

Mike joined Renlita in 2018 as a Regional Sales Manager before transitioning to lead the marketing department in 2020. A graduate of the University of North Texas with a BA in Advertising, he brings over 20 years of experience in construction-related industries, combining field knowledge with strategic marketing insight to support Renlita’s growth and brand evolution.

Since joining Renlita in 2023, Greg has led field operations with precision and accountability. From installation oversight to on-site coordination, he ensures every opening performs exactly as specified, even in the most demanding environments.

With over 16 years at Renlita, Michael brings deep operational, installation, and technical expertise to his role as Production Manager. Having supported and overseen thousands of projects across the U.S. and internationally, he ensures every system is built to Renlita’s exacting standards before it leaves production.

Tony joined the Renlita team in mid-2021 and helps keep materials and components flowing where they need to be. As Purchasing Manager, he supports the production team by making sure the right parts are in place at the right time.

Bill joined Renlita in 2021 and serves as Eastern Regional Sales Manager. With prior experience selling, installing, and servicing Renlita systems before joining the team, he brings firsthand product knowledge and practical insight to every project he supports.

Kevin joined Renlita in 2020, starting in an architectural field role focused on educating architects and design teams. He quickly moved into sales and now serves as Western Regional Sales Manager, helping guide projects from early design conversations through execution with a strong understanding of both technical requirements and architectural intent.

Jessica joined the Renlita team in early 2025 and works in the field supporting architects and designers. As an Architectural Field Sales Representative, she focuses on education, collaboration, and helping design teams understand how Renlita’s systems fit into their projects.
